It's a shame she didn't have any food for us to eat.....yummy, yummy!
Weight Watchers, what? Speaking of that, I did have my weigh-in today, and I was up .2 lbs. I realize that's really nothing (I hope you saw the decimal point in front of the 2), but it's still up! I need to bring it strong this week. Ok, moving on to our Superbowl victory!
Purple jello shots anyone? A celebration on a Sunday with work the next day, I stayed clear of these!
The game ended and everyone come out of their houses into the streets screaming, cheering, dancing, fireworks going off, and honking horns. I usually mind the city noise on certain nights, but who could complain about something like this. It was a welcoming noise. Here is a shot of what most neighborhoods looked like. A few happy B'more fans!
The night before the big game, Rob and I enjoyed a birthday dinner with some good friends here in the neighborhood. A 50th birthday party celebration in Little Italy! Let me just say that the lobster ravioli was unbelievable. I know we'll be heading back there soon, or at least I hope. It was a surprise party for Tim, thrown by his sweet wife, Pattie. Thanks again for including us!
What a great weekend. I hope y'all are having a great week. I'm now off to catch up on some blogs and then hitting the sack. I have a 5:45 AM spin class tomorrow.....can you say pure hell?!
